Elaine Chaffee has 25 years experience in Manufacturing and Service Industries. She has served as Senior HR Executive and consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as : Monsanto, Schlitz Brewing, and Hamilton Beach; manufacturing companies; local (city) government; health care; and service organizations.

A native of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, Ms. Chaffee holds a BS in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and has also completed additional studies in Labor Relations at University of Wisconsin. She is SPHR certified and has taught the Certification course at Indiana University, remaining a faculty member in the Human Resources Management Program.
